From the big city to the country side, it doesn’t matter where she’s at, Creating music and words is what Lori Withrow does best. Lori performed with various musicians throughout the metro Detroit area, then with a new goal in mind, \u00a0uprooted and moved to (mostly) sunny Los Angeles, California where she completed her six track ep, with producer Michael Raphael of Earthtonesounds. Lori is now back in her home stomping grounds of Michigan and is once again finding her way back to her roots.<\/h6>\n

\u00a0“It’s been more than a few years since the release of my EP. I’ve written tons, and it’s time to set the journey free. I think you’ll notice quite a different vibe on my new material. With the EP we took my acoustic songs and turned them into something mainstream which really rocked. This go round, it’s a simple straight from the heart, guitar strumming, soul searching experience. A few will make you smile, few will make you cry, and hopefully all of them you’ll want to sing along with. \u00a0I’m excited to share with you!”<\/h6>\n

In addition to music, Lori also dabbles in authorship. “Children’s books, Historical Fiction, and Fantasy are a few of my favorite genres. Poetry as well! After all, thats what music is. Poetry put to rhythm. I love that words and music take you out of the real world and into another place.\u00a0Thank you for being a part of my journey!”<\/h6>\n\n\n
